Reduce your bills - Competitive Prices - Nationwide Installation - SEI Approved

SOLAR WATER HEATING

Solar-thermal water heating systems are becoming more and more cost effective due to recent rises in energy prices. Depending on the levels of sunshine where you live and how much hot water you use, the system will generally pay for itself within five to ten years. You should notice an immediate fall in your fuel bills, particularly in summer.

Costs may be offset even further by government grants, which help people install solar water heating. Greener Building is an approved SEI installer and can assist you with your grant application.

  • With increasing fuel costs, solar panels can provide up to 70% of your domestic hot water requirements.
  • Houses with eco friendly features tend to stand out in the market and sell more quickly.
  • Once installed you should notice an immediate fall in your fuel bills.
  • Little or no maintenance. All our solar panels come with a 5-year warranty.
  • The sun's energy is free - why not make it work for you!

HOW SOLAR PANELS WORK

A solar water heater produces hot water by transforming sunlight into heat through its solar panels. The heat is stored in a large hot water cylinder so that it is available when you need it. It converts both direct and indirect sunlight into heat so it works even when the sky is overcast.
